If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Luz Reiki Wellness Center, simply send it back within 21 days from receiving the item and we will issue a refund or replacement minus shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order.
